Magic Treats is a one-of-a-kind children's entertainment and specialty retail concept in Salem, Oregon. Cessnun General Contracting was brought on to transform a raw commercial space into a vibrant, fully immersive environment featuring custom built-in shelving, themed architectural arches, decorative wall finishes, custom flooring accents, and specialty lighting throughout.
The project scope includes full commercial interior demolition and rebuild, custom millwork, structural modifications for the themed tree and arch elements, coordination with specialty subcontractors for electrical and mechanical, and all finish work through final inspection.
